When completing our form please ensure you answer all questions to have the best chance of securing funding for your organisation.

Grants that are less than £500, are typically reviewed amongst trustees within one month of application.

Grants between £500 and £3,000 will be reviewed by trustees at the next available quarterly meeting..

Large Capital and Revenue grants are reviewed annually as part of Ware Charities' budget setting for the next financial year.

● A copy of your organisation's governing document (your constitution, articles of association etc.)

● A copy of your most recent annual accounts - or a spreadsheet showing income and expenditure.

● A list of current trustees/management committee members/directors (you need at least three and at least two must be unrelated) .

● Copies of safeguarding policies relevant to the work being undertaken.
