John Davis

After leaving school I did a student apprentiship and continued in the engineering industry for a few years. I then moved to BT and worked there for 20 years in various managerial positions including procurement, building maintenance, software development and some marketing at the end. After taking voluntary redundancy, I worked in a social enterprise at St. Elizabeth's Center, Much Hadham and later In Herts Mind Network in Ware on administration and computer development. After retiring I now do a little admin work for the complex needs service in Hertfordshire.

In my spare time, as well as being Chair of The Ware Charities, I am a trustee for the Southern Maltings in Ware.
